OUR REGION

The story of an ancient village told by our kitchen: this is the connection between what we do and the local tradition.
Montone, which is part of the Alta Valle del Tevere, has an ancient history: in medieval time it was the center of important events connected mainly to the Fortebracci family and to the figure of Andrea Fortebracci.
The famous captain of fortune, in the 14th century, created in this area one of the most important states independent by the influence of the Vatican.

TEAM

This is the story of two brothers who already share a passion for cooking at a young age. Sergio and Meik Andriani, respectively one the chef and the other manager of the restaurant. Together they magically manage to match research and love for dishes prepared with local raw materials and the concept of hospitality. The result is a mix of flavors accompanied by a pleasant and relaxing family environment in the enchanted setting of Montone.
